Glass: The Lion for Change celebrates culture-shifting creativity, awarding ideas specifically intended to redress ingrained gender inequality, imbalance or injustice. To increase the effects of the award, all of the entry fees collected are redistributed to causes which share this goal.

Last year, over €87,000 were donated in this way and, thanks to increased entry numbers, this year the figure is expected to be even higher.
